​All appointments at Alex Feels must be prepaid via BACS bank transfer to secure the booking.

Appointments are held provisionally for 48 hours while payment is arranged. If payment is not received within this period, the appointment will be released.

Same-Day Rebooking Discount

​Clients who book their next follow-up appointment on the day of their current treatment qualify for a special rate of £108 instead of £120.

The appointment and discounted rate will be held provisionally for 48 hours, allowing time for payment by BACS bank transfer.

Once payment is received, the appointment is confirmed.

If payment is not received within 48 hours, the provisional booking will be released, and the discounted rate will no longer be guaranteed.

​Arriving for Your Appointment

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, and I want you to feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment you arrive.

I kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time, rather than early.

As Alex Feels operates from a private treatment studio, this allows me to respect the privacy of other clients, prepare the space between appointments and take necessary breaks throughout the day.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

I will always make every effort to provide your full appointment. However, please be aware that arriving late may affect the amount of treatment time available, as I need to respect the appointments of other clients.

Where possible, I will adapt your session to make the best use of our remaining time.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, the full treatment fee will be retained.

For clients undertaking The Alex Feels Journey, a missed appointment will count as one of the six treatments included in the package, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Parking

Alex Feels is located at Leys House, Kersey, Suffolk, IP7 6DZ.

Please park on the road rather than on the driveway, ensuring that neighbouring properties, driveways and access routes remain clear.

The Alex Feels Journey — Package Terms & Conditions

Package Investment & Payment

The Alex Feels Journey is a six-treatment auricular acupuncture package priced at £680, payable in full in advance via BACS bank transfer.

Your package includes:

• One initial consultation and treatment lasting approximately 2½ hours.

• Five personalised follow-up treatments lasting approximately 2 hours each.

• Ongoing treatment reviews and adjustments according to your individual needs.

• A complimentary 30-minute facial ritual, incorporating facial sculpting, décolleté massage and a tranquil scalp massage, upon completion of your six treatments.

Package Validity

Your package is valid for six months from the date of your first treatment. I encourage you to schedule your appointments regularly to make the most of your treatment journey.

Treatment Continuity

Auricular acupuncture is often undertaken as a course of treatments, with sessions intended to build upon one another.

Significant gaps between appointments may affect treatment continuity and potentially influence your progress.

Treatment frequency will be discussed with you and adapted to your individual needs and response. Results cannot be guaranteed.

Rescheduling Your Package Appointments

You may reschedule a maximum of three appointments throughout your six-month package, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

Rescheduling requests are subject to appointment availability.

Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full treatment fee. Where a late cancellation charge is fairly applicable, the appointment will count as a used session within your package.

Missed appointments without notice will also count as a used session, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Exceptional Circumstances & Extensions

I understand that life doesn't always go to plan.

Under special circumstances, a one-month extension may be considered for unused treatments beyond the original six-month validity period.

Extensions will be discussed individually, on a one-to-one basis, and are not automatically guaranteed.

Additional flexibility may also be considered where exceptional circumstances arise.

Package Cancellations & Refunds

If your circumstances change and you are unable to continue your treatment journey, please contact me directly.

I would always encourage you to consider rescheduling where appropriate. However, if you would prefer a refund for unused treatments, your request will be accommodated in accordance with the treatments already received, any fairly applicable cancellation charges and your statutory consumer rights.

Any refund calculation will be explained clearly before it is processed.

Your Complimentary Facial Ritual

Your complimentary 30-minute facial ritual is available upon completion of your six auricular acupuncture treatments.

This is offered as a finishing experience and can be arranged as a separate appointment, subject to availability and treatment suitability.

The facial ritual has no separate cash or refund value.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights for services purchased remotely.
